We started out thinking this was gona be a bad fishing trip lol: 2ft below normal water level and slow tides. We went to a couple fishing spots with no result. i caught a couple catfish but that was it so now to the next spot. Good signs fish on the screen and a couple birds we caught a couple reds fishing off the rocks and a few undersized fish then it went dead. i decided to take them to my favorite Rig and try; sure enough there was a conga line of fish on the screen. We threw out far seeing what we'd catch there and cought a nice drum. One of my clients decided to do the old drop the line off the side method and BOOM a nice red fish. Well we did the same and BOOM BOOM a nice black drum and a HUGE red fish. He started peeling line and SNAP there he went. The biggest fish of the day popped 20lb line wow.... we caught a few more fish and called it a evening. Overall the day started slow and then picked up nicely they were happy and have plenty of fish to take home AND a few stories to tell.
